I just wanted Thank Ron my case was easy but I endured a lot of pain over it.. I haven’t ever had an Incident where I needed to speak to an attorney before and thanks to my case manager for the advice and doing so and the past 2 months working non stop of being on the phone and out of the over 20 different groups Shep Law Group was the only one that was willing to speak with me in his office. He spoke to me about my case reviewed it asked me if it was okay if he called the Claims Department affiliated with the store in our meeting he did so and left a message of a suggested amount since my injury wasn’t severe enough nobody else wanted anything to do with my case. The lady then upped the amount on the claim im an over night email It wasn’t the amount he suggested for my claim but it was more than the original amount she would send over night payment in the mail just to close the case ,Since the incident happened the first week of December. I had council prior to working with Susan who left the private law space in the middle of my case. I wanted to briefly share my experience with the 'Shep Law Group' and its people. My sister and I needed a facilitator to help us sue the person that killed our father in a car wreck. Never having been involved with a law suit we needed guidance in many ways. They were interested and kind when asking for information the information was very difficult to re-live and talk about. The process ended up pretty smooth and the outcome was reasonable. The experience was emotionally difficult but Shep kept us on track and we resolved the 'wrongful death suit' with success.
