Fredrick Shema

Fredrick Shema is a licensed attorney in Idaho and serves as an Associate Attorney at Shep Law Group. He recently earned his Juris Doctor from University of Idaho College of Law.

Before pursuing a legal career, Fredrick worked in refugee resettlement, where he advocated for and served marginalized communities. His professional and personal experiences have shaped his strong commitment to justice, equity, and community empowerment. He is a passionate advocate both inside the courtroom and throughout the community, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges.

In addition to his legal practice, Fredrick continues to serve his community as a board member for Glocal Community Partners, supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, opportunity, and long-term community development.

Fredrick is fluent in English, Kinyarwanda, Luganda, Swahili, Kirundi, and Runyankole, allowing him to effectively serve and connect with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Outside of work, Fredrick enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer.
